Once upon a time there was a woman sitting on her computer trying to write a new fiction story about a foreign land. But her mind raced. The faces of her loved ones, aquaintances, coworkers, and peers crossed right before her eyes. She wondered about their happiness and sadness. She was disappointed at society. But she knew so many great people too. They were people of all kinds. So different and yet in her life. The blank paper reflected her face and motionless fingers. The blank paper stared back.
