Attention Writers & Aspiring Writers

Hello, everyone. I wanted to let you know about the SoCal Christians Writers’ Virtual Conference (SOCALCWC) this upcoming July 8-11, 2020. And please, don’t shy away if your aim is a general market. “You’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from the top-name professionals in the Christian publishing industry, including agents, acquisitions editors, and best-selling authors.”

I attended the SOCALCWC a few years ago, and it was such a great learning experience. I had a few drafts, a short story, 15 pages of my novel, and a proposal for a non-fiction piece. I met editors, authors, an agent, and people who were genuinely nice and helpful. I obtained information about both self-publishing and traditional publishing.

This year, I am planning on going once again! What a better time to focus on writing and finally finish that project, or start it.
